THE 101
Position Type: Full time
Location: Hybrid work with responsibility to work in office and onsite at client locations, with opportunity to work remotely as schedule and workload allows.
Salary: Dependent on qualifications
Benefits: 401(k) with 3% company match, unlimited PTO, 4-day work week
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Leverage client brand and strategic planning documents to create content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertising
- Work directly with your manager to execute marketing campaigns for all clients
- Build content that is tailored specifically to each channel considering each client’s brand and target market
- Manage the engagement across channels for each client (i.e. responding to comments and messages) for all clients
- Monitor and analyze performance across marketing channels and present clients with detailed monthly marketing report
- Analyze both primary and secondary research to continuously improve and enhance all efforts for clients
- Support the Kōvly Studio team in any additional client tasks including but not limited to traditional marketing, event planning, and coordinating with any applicable vendors
- Required to work within business hours and additional hours as needed to accomplish workload (upon manager approval)
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
- Superb writing/copywriting skills, and the proven capacity for writing in a variety of styles for specific audiences and purposes
- Effectively manage workload and work independently to execute all assigned tasks on or ahead of schedule
- Work with integrity, respect, transparency, and a true commitment to the success of each of our clients
- Ability to handle edits, suggestions, and constructive criticism as you grow and learn in this role
- Proven ability to work with integrity and accountability
- Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area of study
- 2+ years direct experience
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Dropbox
- Familiar with business social pages and platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Experience with MailChimp
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager
- Experience with Hootsuite or other content scheduling platform
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) preferred but not required
THE 101
Position Type: Internship, part time
Location: Hybrid work with responsibility to work in office as requested
Compensation: $11/hour
Benefits: Flexible hours based on schedule, access to professional training
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Read + review content to ensure correct spelling + grammar usage
- Schedule monthly content for 15+ clients
- Successfully learn + work within our project management tool
- Create social media content as needed through photos or video
- Effectively communicate with team through written + oral communication
- Prioritize your work to fit within schedule to meet client deadlines
- Support the entire Kōvly Studio team with requests, as needed
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
