Studio Membership
We are excited to offer a limited number of spots for studio membership, providing entrepreneurs, small businesses, and remote workers access to an elevated, comfortable space to work, hold meetings, and collaborate alongside a community of creatives. This coworking concept was developed to create a community of likeminded individuals, fueling creativity and connection.
The studio is an elevated, open space, centrally located in downtown Mankato, Minnesota within the Bridge Plaza building. Just over 2,000 square feet, the studio features open concept, minimalist design with loads of natural light, and free parking for guests.

Kōvly Studio is located in the Bridge Plaza Building. We have a private, exterior entrance on the north end of the building.

DETAILS
Investment:
- Individual – $275 per month
- Team – $275 per month for first two members, $110 per month for additional members
