Kōvly Studio is an elevated, open space, centrally located in downtown Mankato, Minnesota within the Bridge Plaza building. Just over 2,000 square feet, the studio features open concept, minimalist design with loads of natural light, and free parking for guests.
From photo shoots and workshops to offsite company retreats and showers, the space provides the perfect blank canvas for your special event.

Kōvly Studio is located in the Bridge Plaza Building. We have a private, exterior entrance on the north end of the building.

RATES
Available hours include:
- Monday-Thursday 5pm-9pm
- Friday-Sunday 8am-9pm
Rates:
- Monday-Thursday – $130/hour; $800 for full day (8-hour duration)
- Friday-Sunday – $170/hour; $1,200 for full day (8-hour duration)
Minimum of 2 hour rental required
